About the Role

Getoutside is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Associate to manage our Shopify online sales and customer service during the week. This role is fully in-office and plays an important part in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and fulfill Shopify online orders during the week.
- Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Handle questions related to orders, shipping, returns, and general customer support.
- Monitor Shopify for order issues, errors, or potential fraud flags.
- Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Help resolve order and fulfillment issues in a timely manner.
- Provide a positive, efficient, and professional customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.




- Previous experience using Shopify (required).
- Must be available to work weekdays, Monday to Friday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer inquiries by phone.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Must be able to work in-office.

Nice to Have

- Experience with e-commerce or retail order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with shipping and order management systems.
- Experience working with online retail platforms and inventory management.
