Kampkreek Dairies is a family-run water buffalo dairy and artisanal cheesery based in Stratford, Ontario. We produce premium buffalo milk, artisan cheeses, and related products sold direct-to-consumer, through retail partners, and online. We’re growing our digital presence and looking for someone who can own the content and help drive real results.

The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Social Media & Content Creator to lead our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll create original photos, videos, and reels that show our products, farm life, and brand in a way that feels authentic and drives sales. You’ll also handle basic website updates and, as needed, build out sites for additional brands under the company.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll shoot, edit, design, and publish the majority of your own content while keeping our digital channels consistent and active. The position is hybrid: regular on-farm presence is required for content creation, with the rest of the work done remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish original content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (reels, photos, videos, stories, and carousels).
- Create lifestyle and product-focused content around new launches, farm life, cheese production, and the water buffalo herd.
- Develop and execute content for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day online presence, including posting, basic community engagement, and keeping content calendars on track.
- Capture all original photography and video on-site (farm, production, products, and events).
- Handle basic website updates: product pages, images, launches, and general content refreshes.
- Build or update websites for additional brands as the business expands.




- Support email marketing with content and campaign assets as needed.
- Track performance and adjust content based on what drives engagement and sales.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience creating and managing social media content, ideally with a strong portfolio of original video and photo work.
- Comfortable shooting and editing your own content (phone or camera + editing tools).
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content styles and trends.
- Ability to design simple marketing graphics and posts (Canva or similar is fine).
- Experience with basic website updates (WordPress, Shopify, or comparable platforms preferred).
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a content calendar independently.
- Comfortable working on a working farm and around food production.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to be on-site regularly in the Stratford area.

Nice to Have

- Experience with food, agriculture, CPG, or small business brands.
- Examples of content that has driven measurable engagement or sales.
- Familiarity with email platforms or basic CRM tools.
- Ability to build simple websites or landing pages from scratch.

Compensation & Details

- Full-time role
- Compensation: $25–36 per hour (commensurate with experience and portfolio)
- Hybrid schedule: typically 2–3 days per week on-farm for shooting and content creation; remaining days remote for editing, posting, website work, and planning
- Prospect to shape the digital presence of a growing premium dairy brand
