Luxury Indoor Golf & Lifestyle Facility – Richmond, BC

We are seeking a highly polished and service-driven Mandarin and English speaking Membership and Events Sales Manager to lead the delivery of an exceptional member experience within a luxury private club environment. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in luxury sales, hospitality, events, or lifestyle services, who understands the expectations of an affluent and internationally minded clientele.

You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships, driving membership growth, and facilitating memorable experiences that reflect the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience

- Lead and inspire a small team of member services professionals to deliver personalized, anticipatory service
- Establish and maintain a culture of discretion, attention to detail, and quality service
- Act as a point of contact for members and external inquiries for private events

Membership Sales & Relationship Management

- Drive membership sales through relationship-based strategies and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members
- Collaborate with ownership and marketing to position the brand within the luxury market

Events & Experiences

- Create, plan, and execute exclusive member events, private gatherings, and brand activations
- Curate experiences that align with luxury lifestyle interests (e.g. golf, fine dining, travel, culture)
- Partner with premium brands and external stakeholders to elevate event offerings
- Sell F&B; and golf events to members, non-members, corporate groups, private parties, etc

Networking & Brand Representation





- Represent the club at high-profile networking functions, social events, and industry gatherings
- Build relationships with key influencers, business leaders, and community stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone, presentation, and reputation

Qualifications & Experience

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; Cantonese and/or Korean is an asset but not required
- Proven experience in luxury sales, hospitality, private clubs, high-end real estate, travel, or events
- Demonstrated success in relationship-driven sales and client retention
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a refined and professional presence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience leading and developing a high-performing service team
- Knowledge of golf and private club culture is an asset, but not required

Experience:
