Lead industrial coating and fireproofing crews in Sherwood Park, Alberta, using advanced surface preparation, protective coating, and passive fireproofing expertise. MSCP seeks a highly experienced Senior Industrial Coater / Fireproofer for a full time, hands-on leadership position. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, interpret specifications, and maintain NACE/AMPP, SSPC, ISO, and client requirements. The work covers structural steel, piping, vessels, equipment, and designated fireproofing surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead surface preparation and protective coating activities
- Supervise crews and assign daily work activities
- Apply cementitious and intumescent fireproofing systems
- Verify coating and fireproofing thickness, coverage, and quality




- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and work sequencing

Requirements:
- Seven to ten years of progressive industrial coating experience
- Substantial hands-on passive fireproofing experience
- Experience leading industrial coating or fireproofing crews
- Advanced knowledge of NACE/AMPP coating standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation Bring crew leadership, coating inspection, fireproofing, and technical direction to MSCP’s industrial services operations in Sherwood Park.
