- Canada Full time Salary not specified Our partner is seeking a Canada-based FP&A; Manager for a technology business focused on fraud prevention, device intelligence, and enterprise software. This remote role supports financial strategy, business performance, and scalable financial planning. Responsibilities
- Own and improve the consolidated financial model, including financial statements, cash flow, headcount, spending, and SaaS metrics.
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Research and Development, and General and Administrative leaders, providing analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare board reporting on financial performance, business trends, and strategic priorities.
- Manage SaaS metrics, including ARR bridges, retention, cohort analysis, CAC payback,



pipeline conversion, and sales capacity.
- Manage revenue commissions, from compensation plan implementation through calculations and payments.
- Analyze pricing, segment profitability, and operational performance; support fundraising, audit, and diligence initiatives. Requirements
- 6-10 years of progressive finance experience, including financial modeling, forecasting, and planning.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics.
- Careful, accountable approach to work and ability to meet deadlines.
