Own full-cycle accounting for Anthem’s Housebuilding division while delivering variance analysis, reporting, and financial clarity across communities. Work across operations and finance teams. As a high-performing Accountant, you will manage an assigned portfolio of communities within Anthem’s Housebuilding division. The work combines financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and cost review. You will support forecasting, cash flow proformas, audits, and process improvements while partnering across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle accounting for assigned communities
- Deliver monthly actual-versus-budget and forecast variance analysis
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting packages
- Support community forecasts, budgets,



cash flow, and proformas
- Analyze job costs and flag trends, risks, or inconsistencies

Requirements:
- Three or more years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA designation or near completion
- Advanced Excel skills and robust reporting experience
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
