$145,000–$195,000 per year Loblaw Digital builds and operates the online businesses of Loblaw, creating e-commerce experiences across grocery, beauty, pharmacy, loyalty, and apparel. The Director, Strategy & Operations reports to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations, and partners with business and functional leaders to develop strategic plans and measure outcomes. What you’ll do
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
- Conduct research and quantitative analyses to assess opportunities, risks, and strategic choices.




- Prepare executive narratives and materials for leadership and enterprise forums.
- Improve organizational processes, governance, operating rhythms, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Build alignment between Loblaw Digital leaders and enterprise partners, resolve dependencies, and help teams reach decisions. What you’ll bring
- Seven or more years of relevant experience with progressively greater responsibility.
- Experience taking ambiguous questions through analysis, recommendations, implementation, and measurable outcomes.
