This role is a 3 month contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position based on performance and fit

Success will be defined by your abilities in:

- Visitor management & tracking
- Building key & access management
- Mail distribution
- Office maintenance & supplies
- Data entry & tracking via excel
- Book meeting rooms
- Incoming courier
- Creating job postings & images

Your strengths include:

- Capable computer skills, specifically an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and ask for assistance when required.
