Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to fill the roles of Server, Host, and Food Runner in our lively restaurant workplace. In this versatile position, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave satisfied. Whether taking orders, guiding guests to their tables, or delivering food with a smile, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team setting.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or seating arrangements efficiently as a host.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Assist in food preparation or plating when needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales while providing attentive guest service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas,



tables, and service stations according to sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and managing cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to serving, hosting, or food running roles.
