Lead asset protection and safety across lululemon’s Western distribution centres, using risk analysis and operational leadership. This is an in-person role. The Senior Manager directs AP&S; Managers across multiple sites and establishes regional priorities aligned with network strategy, risk trends, and jurisdictional requirements. The role oversees safety, security, compliance, investigations, emergency preparedness, staffing, budgets, and operational performance. Success requires consistent execution across wide-ranging operating environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead AP&S; Managers across multiple fulfillment sites
- Set regional priorities aligned with operational risk trends
- Review incident, injury, security, audit, and compliance data
- Direct significant incidents, investigations, emergencies, and crisis response




- Oversee staffing, workforce planning, budgets, and resource allocation

Requirements:
- Eight-plus years in asset protection, safety, security, risk, compliance, or operations
- Experience leading managers across complex, multi-site environments
- Knowledge of safety legislation across multiple jurisdictions
- Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements
