Lead field-based nursing teams in Vancouver for Celltrion’s Patient Support Program, using nursing leadership and pharmaceutical expertise. Travel across Western Canada may reach 40%. Celltrion seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee nurses supporting patients and prescribers through external programs. The manager supervises, mentors, and develops the team while coordinating with commercial and functional stakeholders. Experience with biologics or biosimilars, KPIs, data analysis, and program operations is central to the position. Responsabilités principales:
- Supervise, mentor, and support field-based PSP nurses
- Develop schedules to optimize coverage and resource use
- Monitor performance, field time, feedback, and program adherence




- Coordinate objectives and operational needs with commercial teams
- Improve patient and prescriber satisfaction through responsive support

Exigences:
- Three-plus years managing pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs
- Five-plus years of relevant experience may be considered
- Registered Nursing or Practical Nursing program graduation
- Current registration with a Canadian provincial licensing body
- Biologics or biosimilars experience, preferably immunology Bring nursing leadership, PSP management, and pharmaceutical knowledge to Celltrion’s patient and prescriber programs across Western Canada.
