Own ERP reliability, infrastructure, and security as an IT Infrastructure and ERP Manager at Bells of Steel in Calgary. This is a hybrid, hands-on position. You will manage systems supporting a growing fitness equipment company, including ERP, data, email, devices, networks, and security. The position requires production ownership through migrations, peak periods, and outages, alongside leadership for developers and internal tools. You will establish reliable release, rollback, access, and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep ERP databases, jobs, indexing, reports, and capacity healthy
- Run ERP, email, and shipping system replacements
- Document customizations and maintain upgrade-secure version control
- Manage software licenses, devices, hardware, and ClickUp




- Coordinate managed IT and security provider relationships

Requirements:
- Usually five-plus years managing IT, systems, or software
- Experience running and migrating production systems of record
- Strength in identity, device management, networking, and SaaS administration
- Relational data modeling and query performance knowledge
- ERPNext, Frappe, or comparable customized open-source ERP experience Use ERP operations, infrastructure management, and security judgment to keep Bells of Steel systems dependable through peak season.
