As a Transportation Infrastructure Team Lead, you will guide engineering teams and manage projects for the City of Calgary, City of Edmonton, and ATEC. The work spans planning, design, delivery, financial performance, client relationships, proposals, mentoring, and quality assurance. You will support transportation infrastructure across Alberta.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, performance management, resource planning, and staff development
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives
- Forecast finances, allocate resources, and oversee profitability




- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through transportation project delivery
- Support clients, proposals, mentoring, and quality assurance

Requirements:
- Qualified Engineer registration with APEGA
- 12+ years of transportation infrastructure engineering experience
- Road and highway design and delivery experience
- 5+ years of transportation leadership experience
- Proficiency in TAC, Alberta guidelines, CAD, and Civil 3D Bring transportation leadership, project delivery, and client relationship expertise to AtkinsRéalis road and highway programs across Alberta.
