As Key Account Manager II, you will manage large commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential accounts. The work involves natural gas opportunities, energy efficiency, customer programs, and sales proposals. You will also support contractors, economic development organizations, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive natural gas sales proposals and business cases
- Identify and sell energy efficiency opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with Liberty Trade Ally Contractors
- Manage customer satisfaction, loyalty,



and emergency communications
- Project manage key and municipal service requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years of skilled experience
- At least three years in a related account management role
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
