Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Advise business development on acquisition transactions
- Participate in real estate sales and leasing transactions
- Prepare legal opinions for company matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Member in positive standing of Barreau du Québec or Chambre des notaires du Québec
- At least five years of business law experience
