- Developing and serving an existing client base
- Advise clients on complex real estate transactions
- Accompany clients in real estate transactions
- Act as an advisor in real estate financing transactions
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
- Negotiate and set up sales and purchase contracts,



development agreements, commercial leases and real estate financing
- Advising businesses on both a local and international scale

- Over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions and as a partner in a renowned law firm
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
