As Manager, Payments Operational Resiliency, you will support and execute a global framework protecting critical payment services. The work covers technology disruptions, outages, attacks, and operational threats. You will strengthen anticipation and recovery while minimizing customer, financial, and reputational impact through documented preventative measures, testing, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and enhance the payments operational resiliency framework
- Assess processes, identify resiliency gaps, and drive improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Three or more years in financial or operations management
- Knowledge of wire payments, SWIFT, ISO20022, and RTGS models
- Knowledge of ACSS, EFTs, ACHs, Interac, and payment frameworks
