- Execute the end-to-end procurement process
- Help optimize procurement standards, procedures and tools
- Ensure compliance, traceability and quality of contractual documents
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and systems
- Oversee requests for proposals, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations
- Help prepare award recommendations and obtain required approvals
- Support project teams with any supplier and contractual issues

- Relevant university or technical education (engineering, administration, logistics or supply chain)
- At least five years of relevant experience in project procurement
- Experience in the heavy industry, mining and metals and/or energy sectors
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Asset: experience with international project procurement
