Lead month-end reporting and close activities at Mother Parkers, using advanced Excel, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and analytical accounting expertise. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounting Manager manages financial reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, and cash flow planning. This position also leads Accounts Payables and Credit/Collections teams while improving processes and controls. The role supports transfer pricing, audits, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close, journal entries, and monthly reporting
- Prepare consolidated financial statement packages for multiple entities
- Lead general ledger reconciliations, analysis, and variance commentary
- Prepare budgets, forecasts,



and audit working papers
- Implement process improvements and control initiatives

Requirements:
- At least five years of progressive finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Robust technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics D365 knowledge
