Machina Labs in California is hiring a Robotic Process Engineer to enable RoboForming, our robotic sheet metal forming process. You will convert CAD designs into robot tool paths and analyze forming data to optimize strategies. This hands-on role combines digital tooling, data-driven improvement, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering, 0-2 years in manufacturing/robotics, strong CAD skills, and comfort in rapid-paced environments.
