Bring Your Heart for Children and Your Commitment to Quality
Level 1, 2 and 3 Early Childhood Educators
Busy Bees Daycare - Lloydminster

A child feeling safe enough to try something new. A small discovery that sparks a big question. A family knowing their child is cared for by someone who truly knows them.

These moments are why we’re here.

At Busy Bees, our love for children is at the heart of our work. We’re looking for Level 1, 2 and 3 Early Childhood Educators who share that commitment and take pride in providing thoughtful, dependable care.

High expectations, with support to grow

We have high expectations because children and families deserve our best. We expect educators to be present and engaged, supervise actively, come prepared and contribute positively to their team.

We also believe that becoming a strong educator is an ongoing worthwhile process. You don’t need to have every answer, you do need to be willing to learn, follow through and put what you learn into practice.

When educators grow in confidence and skill, children, families and the whole team benefit.
