Lead infrastructure projects for the Town of Diamond Valley, Alberta’s newest town, with responsibility for contractors, budgets, and schedules. Work four days weekly. This Project Manager will own capital projects from scope to close-out and help deliver the five-year program. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will coordinate with the CAO, Council, Operations, Utilities, and Planning. The role suits someone ready to manage a capital program.

Key Responsibilities
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Coordinate capital work with municipal departments
- Prepare explicit procurement and evaluation documents

Requirements:
- Hands-on municipal infrastructure project experience
- Utilities or public-sector capital experience considered
- Experience with contractors, consultants, and procurement
- PMP designation or active progress toward one
