Lead workforce intelligence and HR technology for IPEX from Oakville or Montreal, guiding analytics, systems, and service delivery across an enterprise portfolio. As Senior Manager, People Analytics & HR Technology, you will report to the Director, HR Operations. You will set direction across People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Systems, Master Data Management, and HR Service Delivery, supporting workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee experience, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across interconnected HR functions

Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience across multiple HR functions
- Experience integrating technology, data, processes, and service delivery
- Experience establishing operating models, governance, priorities, and measures
- Robust understanding of People Analytics and workforce intelligence
