- Developing and serving an existing client base
- Advise clients on the implementation of complex corporate structures, partnerships and joint ventures
- Manage business acquisitions by way of assets or shares
- Advise on corporate arrangements, reorganizations and restructurings
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
- Negotiate and implement shareholder and investor agreements




- Advise local and international companies on private financing transactions in all forms, including traditional debt, convertible debt and equity investments
- Advise clients on corporate structures, governance issues and related strategic matters

- 10+ years of relevant transactional experience
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
- Proven client management skills
