Lead enterprise AI transformation at Accenture Song, combining AI strategy and organisational change to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients. As an AI Transformation Associate Manager, you own end-to-end transformation programmes from opportunity identification through implementation. You partner with CMOs, CDOs, and senior business leads to prioritise use cases, define roadmaps, and establish operating models. The work also includes responsible AI governance, adoption programmes, capability building, and value tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI transformation initiatives

- Lead assessments, organisational change, and adoption programmes




- Embed responsible AI governance and ethical practices
- Develop teams, thought leadership, and repeatable AI capabilities

Requirements:
- Minimum four years delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation
- Experience with strategy, prioritisation, and business case development
- At least two years managing and mentoring people
- University Degree required for this position
- Solid artificial intelligence and machine learning understanding Bring AI strategy, change management, responsible governance, and people leadership to Accenture Song’s enterprise transformations.
