Lead rehabilitation care at CBI Health’s Red Deer McKenzie Clinic using clinical expertise, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary leadership skills. As Clinical Team Lead, you will guide clinicians in an outpatient clinic while upholding best practices, service standards, and clinical goals. You will support consistent clinical services, patient outcomes, stakeholder relationships, and alignment with corporate objectives. The role requires rehabilitation experience, communication, critical thinking, and organized decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire clinicians through mentoring and example
- Promote communication supporting the rehabilitation process
- Maintain clinical practice and excellent patient outcomes




- Review team reports for quality assurance and contractual alignment
- Develop relationships with referring organizations and stakeholders

Requirements:
- At least two years in private clinic or rehabilitation settings
- Registration in positive standing with Alberta Kinesiology Association
- Critical thinking and analytical report-review skills
- Strong written, verbal, and multitasking abilities
