Lead community nursing with ParaMed as a Clinical Supervisor RN in London or Elgin, Ontario, using assessment and clinical leadership skills daily. This full time position supervises nurses caring for clients within the community. You will assess, implement, and evaluate clinical care interventions while supporting safe, quality, and ethical care. The work includes staff coaching, patient engagement, and documentation oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nurses and support legislated practice compliance
- Resolve concerns from staff, patients, families, and team members
- Lead huddles, meetings, and individual discussions
- Investigate patient safety incidents and track action plans
- Support clinical documentation and funder reporting requirements

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse registration in Ontario
- At least five years of practicing Registered Nurse experience
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Community nursing principles and documentation standards knowledge
