Our Winnipeg Distribution Centre has an opportunity for the right individual to join our team. This person will report to the Operations Manager.

Warehouse duties:

- Pick and pack orders for doors and hardware
- Build skids and crates
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Work safely and abide by OH&S; standards/requirements.
- Must be available to work the occasional weekend and overtime when required
- Maintain warehouse including putting away stock, sweeping, organizing supplies, and garbage disposal
- Ability to work as part of a team and keep pace in a busy environment
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Skills and Abilities required:

- Knowledge and experience in shipping and safe operation of a forklift
- Forklift driver certification
- Experience in the door and hardware industry is an asset
- Be physically fit and able to lift large,



heavy and bulky objects up to 80lbs without struggle
- Ability to build wood crates and pallets
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills relating to inventory control
- High attention to detail in all areas of work
- Solid work ethic and positive team attitude
- Knowledge/familiar with using a computer is an asset
- Strong communication skills (phone, email and in person)
