Bentek Systems and SCADALink, Canadian providers of Wireless SCADA, Telemetry, and Industrial Automation products and solutions, are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our business across North America.

This position is ideal for an independent, entrepreneurial salesperson who enjoys developing new business, establishing new markets, and wants to be rewarded for sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Sell Bentek Systems and SCADALink products, systems, and services throughout North America.
- Develop relationships with clients in Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Mining, Government, Engineering Firms, Electrical & Instrumentation Contractors, and Oilfield Service Companies.
- Generate your own leads, prospect new customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Expand existing markets and establish new business opportunities across Canada and the USA.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking groups.
- Manage sales activities independently and meet sales targets.





Qualifications

- Experience in outside sales and business development, preferably in industrial markets.
- Background or knowledge in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, SCADA, or Wireless Technology.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, outgoing, and results-driven.
- Ability to generate leads and develop new customer relationships independently.
- Good computer skills and written and spoken English.
- Valid driver's licence with a safe driving record.
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada and the USA.

Location

Based in Calgary, Alberta, with travel throughout North America.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission
