- Support secure sharing and access in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Assist with approved file recovery and retention procedures, and help users follow company data handling requirements.
- Troubleshoot common Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and network connectivity issues. Maintain hardware and software inventories and coordinate equipment procurement, repairs, warranties, and vendor support.
- Maintain support procedures, onboarding checklists, and knowledge articles. Explain technical issues clearly, identify recurring problems, and recommend practical improvements to reliability and the employee experience.

- Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint lifecycle activities, and requests in an ITSM or ticketing platform; experience with any established platform is acceptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a patient and service-oriented approach, and the ability to explain technical information to nontechnical users.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests, work independently, document work accurately, protect confidential information, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
