Keep more of every deal

Fewer transactions. Longer days on market. Fees that never shrink. If that sounds like your year, it's time to do the math.

RARE Real Estate is redefining the broker-agent relationship. We're infrastructure-first. You get real support, not line items on an invoice.

What you get

- An 85/15 split, capped at $12,000 a year. After you hit the cap, it's a flat $500 per sale and $100 per lease.
- RARE Cloud, our proprietary technology platform
- Monthly market intelligence reports for Barrie and Simcoe County
- Lead generation training and systems
- Hands-on compliance support from an experienced Managing Broker
- Access to pre-construction opportunities through RARE's $3B+ pre-construction business
- Revenue share, so you can build income beyond your own transactions
- Twice-monthly Stats Chat meetups and ongoing training

- A growing Barrie office with a collaborative culture
