Hearing Care Clinic is a family-owned audiology practice serving Vancouver Island since 2016. Our Duncan location serves patients across the Cowichan Valley. We are a close-knit team dedicated to helping people hear better and live better.

The Role

We are looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients in Duncan. This is a full-time, in-person role with no weekends.

What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional manner

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk

Process payments and handle basic billing administration

Maintain patient files and enter data accurately

Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Keep the reception area welcoming and organized

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills — you genuinely enjoy helping others

Comfortable with computers and able to learn clinic software quickly

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills





Able to handle a busy front desk calmly and professionally

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Bonus Points For

Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting

Experience working with seniors or elderly patients

Familiarity with hearing healthcare or audiology

Schedule and Pay

Full-time | Monday to Friday | No weekends

$23.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience

In-person at 3496 Cowichan Lake Rd, Duncan, BC
