You will apply distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering. Your work supports routing across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale engines distributing interactions in real time

Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
