As Senior Director, you will oversee inbound and outbound transfers across wealth management business lines. Lead six managers while improving stability, efficiency, client experience, and operational capacity. Your work will support strategic orientations and sector evolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming and outgoing transfer performance and service commitments
- Support managers through operational planning and issue intervention
- Execute stabilization plans for productivity and client experience
- Resolve critical issues through root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions




- Lead transformation initiatives, including the Ciro Transfer program

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years’ relevant experience
- Experience managing complex operations and managers
- Background in transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Experience leading large-scale process, risk, technology, and people changes
- Knowledge of wealth management, investment operations, or financial services Bring strategic vision, coaching, and operational excellence to investment transfers at National Bank.
