Lead commercial landscaping, snow management, and branch performance in Ottawa–Gatineau while managing teams, budgets, and client service. Strathmore Landscape Management seeks a Branch Manager for full time, permanent leadership across Ottawa–Gatineau operations. You will oversee landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow and ice management, financial results, operational KPIs, and client relationships. The role reports to the Vice-President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgets, profitability, P&L; results, and operational KPIs
- Execute branch business plans with leadership
- Plan seasonal staffing, training, equipment, and service readiness
- Coach teams and set clear performance expectations




- Resolve client concerns and support contract retention

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operating costs
- Understanding of seasonal operations and workforce planning
- Strong coaching, communication, and client relationship skills
