Lead enterprise IAM operations at Canada Life in Toronto, focusing on identity lifecycle management and identity security governance. This is a permanent full time leadership role. The IAM Operations Manager oversees service delivery, control effectiveness, and cyber resilience across enterprise identity capabilities. The mandate combines IAM operations with identity security governance, threat reduction, and risk management. It covers provisioning, privileged access, CIAM, MFA, directory services, and monitoring.
