Lead AI delivery with agile execution and client communication at Robots & Pencils. Own complex engagements from kickoff through release across distributed teams. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you guide multi-phase software engagements while managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality. You facilitate Scrum activities, oversee phased releases, and translate technical uncertainty into actionable plans. The work includes AI-native delivery, model risk, evaluation strategy, observability, and production readiness. You also mentor delivery managers and serve as the primary client contact. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-phase engagements Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution Manage dependencies, risks, scope changes,

5+ years in software delivery or technical project management Solid agile delivery experience across complex, multi-team engagements Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or Azure DevOps Track record leading AI/ML or agentic engagements Bring senior delivery judgment, AI expertise, and agile leadership to production-ready client engagements at Robots & Pencils.
