Our client is an established organization in the clean energy and technology sector, developing integrated solutions that help improve how energy is generated, stored, and managed. As the business continues to grow, the organization is investing in its enterprise architecture, systems integration, and AI capabilities.

The company is seeking an Integration Services Architect to join its technology team and lead the modernization of its integration environment. The successful candidate will help establish a scalable, secure, and well-governed architecture that supports evolving business needs and the adoption of AI-driven capabilities.

This role focuses on connecting business-critical applications, coordinating data exchange across systems, and enabling more efficient end-to-end business processes. You will work closely with architecture and application teams to establish integration standards and guide the continued evolution of the organization's technology ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

- Own the architecture, governance, and ongoing evolution of enterprise integration services to support current operations and future business growth.
- Lead the design of system-to-system integrations, data movement, and process orchestration in collaboration with enterprise architecture and business application stakeholders.
- Modernize the existing integration workplace to support the organization's AI and digital transformation strategy.
- Design integrations across ERP, CRM, engineering, collaboration,



and other internal and external business applications.
- Establish reliable and secure connectivity between enterprise platforms, third-party services, and cloud-based applications.
- Enable end-to-end process automation across functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across connected systems.
- Improve integration reliability, scalability, performance, error handling, and operational resilience.
- Define and maintain integration architecture standards using appropriate cloud integration services, API management capabilities, serverless components, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Apply appropriate authentication, authorization, identity management, role-based access controls, and data governance practices across integrations.
- Incorporate suitable AI capabilities into the design and evolution of integration services, aligned with the organization's broader technology strategy.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in application integration, middleware or enterprise systems.
- Proven experience using AI to roll out integration services.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Atlassian and engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation and integration patterns.

Pay: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
