At RPM Therapies, we help people build resilience, perform at their best, and move in ways that matter most to them. That might mean getting back onto the trails, feeling stronger in the gym, or moving more comfortably through everyday life.

We’re a growing, physiotherapist-owned clinic located inside Oak & Pine Athletics in Canmore, and we’re looking for an RMT who shares our enthusiasm for thoughtful care, movement, and helping people feel better.

You’ll work alongside physiotherapists and personal trainers in an active, welcoming environment. We value open communication, shared ideas, and a team where everyone brings their own skills and perspective.

What you’ll do

- Provide individualized massage treatments to support recovery, pain relief, relaxation, and patients’ activity goals.
- Take a thorough health history, assess patient needs, and agree on meaningful treatment goals.
- Adapt your techniques and pressure to each patient’s needs, preferences, and response.
- Maintain clear, timely treatment notes using Jane.
- Offer practical self-care advice and follow-up recommendations within your scope of practice.
- Collaborate with our physiotherapists and trainers when appropriate to support coordinated care.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable treatment space and professional standards of consent, privacy, and hygiene.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who enjoys connecting with people, listens well, and takes pride in their work. An interest in sports, rehabilitation,



and active lifestyles would be a great fit, alongside a welcoming approach to patients of all ages and activity levels.

You’ll bring:

- Completed massage therapy training, current professional association membership, and qualified liability insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Confidence working independently and a willingness to collaborate.
- Reliable documentation and professional work habits.
- Curiosity and a commitment to continued learning.

Experience is welcome, but newer graduates are encouraged to apply. We’re interested in your approach to care, your willingness to grow, and how you connect with patients.
