Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Retail Merchandiser with a G License to join our team! Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain attractive product displays that align with marketing strategies and schematics.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and POS (Point of Sale) setup.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, cash handling, and pricing adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shopper inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store management to execute promotional campaigns and visual design updates using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Supervise junior team members during merchandising tasks, fostering a collaborative and organized work environment.




- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled visits, merchandising duties, and administrative tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record; experience in store management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or visual design; familiarity with schematics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with store staff effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays or promotional materials.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple stores, schedules, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
