Job Summary

The Cleaning Team Leader coordinates daily cleaning and supports team members, and helps maintain welcoming, orderly spaces. This hands-on role combines residential cleaning with clear communication and practical organization to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

- Organize daily assignments, set priorities, and manage time to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Perform and oversee residential cleaning, and related housekeeping duties; check work for consistency and address issues promptly.
- Guide team members, communicate expectations clearly, and coordinate tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Respond courteously to customer requests and support hospitality needs, including cooking when appropriate to the service.
- Your impact: A well-coordinated team helps customers enjoy clean, comfortable spaces.




- Help train team members and promote positive environment.

Qualifications

- Previous qualified cleaning experience is required.
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle is required.
- Clean Criminal Record Check.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work in both a team setting or independently.
- Physically able to preform duties.
- Able to provide reference.

Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour
