About Us

ZUMI Sushi is a modern Japanese revolving sushi restaurant located in downtown Vancouver. We are looking for experienced, efficient, and hardworking Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Ensure orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

- Previous kitchen experience in a Japanese restaurant is required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.




- Ability to maintain consistent food quality while handling high order volumes.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
