As a Security Guard, you help maintain a safe, orderly workplace through attentive observation, clear communication, and consistent application of site procedures. You stay alert to changing conditions, respond calmly to concerns, and support visitors and colleagues with a professional, respectful approach. Your impact: timely observations and clear reports help colleagues address safety concerns and protect people and property.

Duties

- Monitor assigned areas through regular patrols and surveillance, noting unusual activity and potential safety concerns.
- Observe CCTV feeds, communicate relevant findings, and follow established procedures when an incident occurs.
- Support loss prevention by identifying suspicious activity, safeguarding property, and reporting concerns promptly.




- Maintain accurate incident and activity records, provide clear updates to colleagues, and assist visitors with directions or basic information.
- Assist Drivers as required.

Requirements

Required: Practical observation, clear communication, sound judgment, and accurate recordkeeping are important for monitoring activity, responding calmly, and sharing useful information. Preferred: Familiarity with surveillance, CCTV, loss prevention, or law enforcement can support effective security work and coordination with colleagues.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
