Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Foreman to join a growing landscape construction team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interlocking, flagstone installation, hardscaping, and heavy equipment operation, along with strong leadership abilities to supervise a crew of 2–3 workers. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a landscape construction crew of 2–3 workers.
- Perform interlocking, flagstone installation, and various hardscaping projects.
- Operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Provide guidance and support to crew members.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and proper equipment handling.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Previous hands-on experience in landscape construction is required.
- Strong knowledge of interlocking, flagstone installation, and hardscaping.
- Experience operating skid steers and mini-excavators.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 2–3 workers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly pay: $24.00–$28.00, based on experience and skills.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 6:45 AM – 6:30 PM
