Support TD Securities’ corporate credit team through risk assessment, documentation, and client research in Calgary, Alberta. As an Analyst in Corporate Banking, you will help evaluate credit transactions and monitor institutional client risk. You will prepare submissions and reviews, assess market and industry information, and work with Vice Presidents, Directors, Origination, Syndications, and multiple product groups. The work supports credit needs across TD Securities’ capital markets business.

Key Responsibilities
- Research markets, industries, and clients for risk assessment
- Prepare annual and interim credit reviews
- Review documentation and communicate credit risk issues
- Ensure loan documentation reflects approved credit authorizations
- Prepare client presentations and pitches

Requirements:
- Two to three years of required credit experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Solid verbal and written communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- CFA, CPA, or MBA considered an asset Apply financial and analytical judgment to credit reviews, market research, and risk communication at TD Securities.
