Lead stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis as a Senior Business Analyst supporting technology initiatives at Metrolinx in Ontario. Translate business needs into actionable solution requirements. This senior role supports Metrolinx’s I⁢ Development and Delivery division. You will analyze business processes, write user stories, manage product backlogs, and support small projects through delivery. The work also includes testing, change management, reporting, operational readiness, and business case development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement and elicit business requirements
- Translate strategies into user stories and product backlogs
- Develop business cases and technology application strategies
- Support user acceptance testing and operational rollout




- Facilitate Scrum meetings and guide delivery teams

Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline
- Preferably five years’ Business Analyst experience with Agile delivery
- Experience managing complex transformational and simultaneous projects
- Experience with Jira and Asana
- Business Analysis, Agile, or Secure certification from recognized institute Use Agile analysis, stakeholder management, and technology delivery expertise to support Metrolinx initiatives and public service.
