Lead wastewater engineering strategy from CIMA+’s Vancouver office in a hybrid mode, guiding municipal infrastructure projects across British Columbia. As Senior Director, Wastewater, you will combine business development, client engagement, technical oversight, and team leadership. You will support complex wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects while shaping project solutions and mentoring staff. The position contributes to the continued growth of CIMA+’s Infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and design direction for major wastewater projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through complete project delivery phases
- Direct treatment facilities, sewage systems, and pumping station planning
- Oversee coordination, resources, budgets, risks,



and quality assurance
- Develop client relationships, proposals, pursuits, and strategic accounts

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- British Columbia Professional Engineer license
- Minimum 15 years’ municipal wastewater consulting experience
- Experience leading projects from planning through construction
- Expertise in treatment, collection systems, pumping stations, and planning Bring wastewater expertise, strategic leadership, and client development skills to CIMA+’s growing British Columbia practice.
