Evolve Health & Wellness in Hamilton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist, preferrably trained in pelvic floor therapy, to join our multi-disciplinary team. We are a well established team of healthcare professionals looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to build their practice and a long-term career with us, and is looking to practice in a one-on-one patient environment. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care to support diverse patient needs. The Physiotherapist will need to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services that improve patient outcomes and enhance their quality of life.

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical diagnoses
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to promote recovery and prevent further injury
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and post-treatment care
- Document patient treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately in health records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
