HVAC Technicians (Service or Install)

Barrie, ON · Full-time · $60,000–$150,000+ per year (hourly pay, commission and performance bonuses)

We make it easy. For our customers, and for our team.

Our mission is to make home comfort easy, seamless and stress-free. That starts with the people doing the work. We empower our team to be the very best version of themselves, because that's how we build lifelong relationships with our customers and with the people who work here.

Three values guide how we do it:

Courage: we take bold action to make it easy. We embrace change, take initiative and push each other to step up. If you see a better way to do the job, we want to hear it.

Community: we work together to make it easy. We share knowledge, lift each other up and grow together. Nobody here figures it out alone.

Commitment: we follow through to make it easy. We set high standards, take pride in our work and celebrate wins as a team. We back that work with industry-leading warranties, so customers trust you from the moment they walk in.

What we bring to the table

- Real earning potential. Hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with earning potential to $150,000+. How far you take it is up to you.
- A company vehicle. You don't put your own truck on the line.
- A consistent schedule. Full time, 40 hours a week, so you can plan your life outside work.
- Continuous training. New equipment, new skills, new certifications. We invest in you because it makes everyone better.
- Room to grow. We'll help you build the career you want, whether that's lead tech, a specialty or leadership.
- Benefits that matter. Dental,

extended health and life insurance.
- RRSP matching. We help you build for the long term.

The work

On the Service side, you'll diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, run maintenance and tune-ups, and help homeowners understand their options so they can make the right call.

On the Install side, you'll put in new and replacement systems the right way: to code, to manufacturer spec and to our own standard. You'll also handle start-up and commissioning, and you'll leave every home cleaner than you found it.

Either way, you'll be the person the homeowner trusts. We'll give you what you need to earn that trust.

What you'll need

- G2 Gas Technician Licence
- ODP Certification
- Valid driver's licence with a clean record
- Residential HVAC experience in service or install
- 313D licence or registered apprenticeship is a bonus
