Part-Time ECEA/ECE – Creston Community Preschool
16 hours per week | Starting ASAP

Creston Community Preschool is seeking a caring, compassionate, and collaborative ECEA or ECE to join our preschool team. This part-time position will provide additional support to a child with diverse needs while working alongside the classroom educator to promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning workplace.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting children with diverse abilities. Experience or education in areas such as inclusive education, child development, behavioural support, or special needs would be an asset. Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are important.

Qualifications:

- ECEA or ECE certification
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Experience supporting children with diverse needs is an asset




- Education or training related to inclusive education, child development, behavioural support, or special needs is an asset
- Current First Aid certification
- Clear criminal record check

Position: Part time, approximately 16 hours per week
Location: Creston Community Preschool, Creston, BC
Start Date: ASAP
Wage: $21.50–$25.00 per hour, depending on education and qualifications, plus eligible government wage top-ups
